The Article Processing Charge (APC) is US $750 per accepted article

There is no manuscript submission fee.

The APC becomes payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed peer review and received a formal acceptance decision.

The APC contributes to the costs of:

• Manuscript-management infrastructure
• Copyediting
• Typesetting
• Production
• Metadata preparation
• Online hosting
• Digital preservation
• DOI-related publishing services where applicable
• Long-term maintenance of published content

Payment of the APC does not guarantee acceptance and has no influence on editorial or peer-review decisions.

Editors and reviewers evaluate manuscripts independently from the author's ability to pay.

An official invoice is issued only following formal acceptance.

Authors should make payments only through payment instructions officially issued by Qubahan Journal of Medical Sciences or Qubahan Academic Publisher.

Where formal waivers or discounts are available, requests are considered independently from the scientific assessment of the manuscript.
