Author Guidelines
Manuscripts submitted to Qubahan Journal of Medical Sciences must be original, scientifically rigorous, clearly written in English, relevant to the journal's aims and scope, and prepared according to internationally recognized scholarly standards.
Authors should provide:
• Clear and informative article title
• Full names of all authors
• Complete institutional affiliations
• Corresponding-author contact information
• ORCID identifiers where available
• Abstract
• Relevant keywords
• Main manuscript text
• Tables and figures with captions
• Complete and accurate references
• Funding statement
• Conflict-of-interest declaration
• Author-contribution statement
• Data-availability statement
• Ethics statement where applicable
• Informed-consent statement where applicable
• Clinical-trial registration where applicable
• Artificial-intelligence disclosure where applicable
Authors must ensure that all listed authors have made substantial scholarly contributions to the work, approved the final manuscript, and accepted accountability for the integrity of the publication.
Research involving human participants, human tissue, identifiable medical information, or biological samples must have appropriate ethics approval or exemption.
The manuscript should identify the ethics committee or Institutional Review Board, approval/reference number where applicable, and informed-consent procedures.
Research involving animals must have received appropriate ethical approval and comply with recognized animal-welfare standards.
Clinical trials should be registered in an appropriate publicly accessible clinical-trial registry where applicable.
Authors are encouraged to follow recognized reporting guidelines, including CONSORT, PRISMA, STROBE, CARE, ARRIVE, STARD, TRIPOD, and other relevant EQUATOR Network guidelines.
Plagiarism, fabricated or falsified data, duplicate publication, inappropriate image manipulation, guest authorship, ghost authorship, citation manipulation, and other forms of publication misconduct are prohibited.
